Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Ezoic
  • Slice the mini croissants in half, horizontally, but not all the way through (like a sandwich).
  • Place a slice of cheddar cheese (halved) and a few slices of deli ham inside each croissant.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the softened butter, yellow mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Brush the top of each croissant with the mustard-honey glaze mixture.
  • In a separate small bowl, beat the egg white until frothy. Brush the egg white over the top of each croissant.
  • Sprinkle poppy seeds over the top of the croissants.
  • Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

    • You can swap the cheddar cheese for Swiss cheese for a different flavor.
  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce or Dijon mustard to the glaze.
  • These can be made in advance by assembling the croissants and storing them in the fridge, then baking them when ready to serve.
