Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the mini croissants in half, horizontally, but not all the way through (like a sandwich).
Place a slice of cheddar cheese (halved) and a few slices of deli ham inside each croissant.
In a small bowl, whisk together the softened butter, yellow mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush the top of each croissant with the mustard-honey glaze mixture.
In a separate small bowl, beat the egg white until frothy. Brush the egg white over the top of each croissant.
Sprinkle poppy seeds over the top of the croissants.
Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy!

- You can swap the cheddar cheese for Swiss cheese for a different flavor.
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce or Dijon mustard to the glaze.
- These can be made in advance by assembling the croissants and storing them in the fridge, then baking them when ready to serve.
