- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- shredded lettuce
- Sliced hamburger pickles
- 8 flour tortillas
- Big Mac Sauce
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Add all the Big Mac sauce ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk together and set aside.
Add the ground beef, minced onion, salt, and pepper to a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned. Drain any grease.
