Ingredients
  

  • Chicken: 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Seasonings: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt, black pepper to taste
  • Rice: 2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
  • Garlic Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Garnish: 1 cup parsley finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken:
  • Rub chicken with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  • Cook the Rice:
  • Prepare 2 cups of jasmine or basmati rice as per package instructions.
  • Make the Sauce:
  • In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt until smooth.
  • Assemble the Bowls:
  • Add rice to bowls, layer sliced chicken on top, drizzle with garlic sauce, and garnish with parsley.
