Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta your choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken cubes, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Reduce heat, add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the pan, cooking until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp of butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
  • Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, then add the garlic butter chicken bites on top.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
  • Note: You can add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
