  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  1. Prepare the Chicken
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Cook the Chicken
